Service Provision
Service Standards
We strive to provide high-quality makeup services that meet or exceed industry standards. All of our makeup artists are professionally trained and use premium quality products. However, we cannot guarantee specific results, as outcomes may vary based on individual skin types, conditions, and preferences.
Health and Safety
You are responsible for informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions before your appointment. We take hygiene seriously and sanitize all tools and products between clients. However, we cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or skin irritations that may occur.

Client Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of your makeup application, please inform your artist immediately so adjustments can be made. Once you have left the appointment and confirmed your satisfaction, we cannot offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the service.
